The Cloud Status web interface enables you to get information about the status of 3DS OUTSCALE Cloud services.

General Information About Cloud Status 

The Cloud Status website monitors and displays the status of 3DS OUTSCALE services. It is available at the following address: https://status.outscale.com

You can check the current status of each service within the Region of your choice. For more information, see About Regions, Endpoints and Availability Zones.

 

  • The Services section displays the status of the monitored services available in the selected Region. The following services are monitored:

Each service can have one of the following statuses: 

    • Available : Service working.
    • Unavailable : Service not working.
    • Pending : Service data loading.

 

  • The Connectivity section displays the network connectivity for each Internet service provider within the selected Region. The color of the status bar indicates the rate of data packages received: 
    • Red: < 50% 
    • Yellow: ≥ 51% and < 97% 
    • Green: ≥ 97%


  • The History page displays the list of the latest incidents within the selected Region. You can select one or more services to see their history using the service filter .

Select a Region to check its current status.

The current status of each service within the selected Region.

The Twitter feed of the latest incident reports within the selected Region.

The network connectivity for each Internet service provider within the selected Region.

The link to the History page.

The Auto Refresh button.
Click the button to enable the auto refresh of the page:
  • Red: Auto Refresh on. The information is automatically updated every 5 minutes.
  • White: Auto Refresh off. The information is updated when reloading the page.



History Page 

The list of available Regions in the 3DS OUTSCALE Cloud.
Select a Region to check the history of its service status.

The status timeline for each service within the last 24 hours:

  • Green: Service available.
  • Red: Service unavailable.
  • Grey: Service data loading.

Hover over a colored area for more detailed information about a status.

The service filter.
Select one or more services to see their history.

The start date of the service status within the selected Region.

The end date of the service status within the selected Region.

The service name.

The status of the service between the start date and the end date.

The link to the Cloud Status homepage.
