End of Sale (EOS)
EOS is the date at which a product is no longer available for purchase nor renewable.
As of this date, you can still use the product but the release of new features ceases. The SLA is still in effect, including the Technical Support.
3DS OUTSCALE informs current customers whether a successor product is available.
End of Support and Maintenance (EOSM)
EOSM is the date at which a product is no longer fixed nor supported.
As of this date, you can still use the product at your own risk. The SLA ceases to have effect, except for its guarantee of Sustainability which is effective until the EOL.
End of Life (EOL)
|EOL is the date at which a product is no longer available for use. The product, including stored data, is removed from our Regions. Related information is deleted from our websites, including the documentation.|
As specified in 3DS OUTSCALE's General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs), the client alone is liable from a legal and technical standpoint for its system (including the data, regardless of their origin).
Beta products are only subjected to the end-of-life state. For more information, see the Service Level Agreement (SLA) described in Appendix A of our General Terms and Conditions of Sales.
The following table lists the products which have been or will be deprecated, along with the related milestones to help you manage your end-of-life transitions.
3DS OUTSCALE reserves the right to revise this table at its own sole discretion.
